First off nice neck shipped in 4x4 cardboard box with square styrofoam end pieces. Neck was wrapped in bubble wrap. The box in came in looked like flattened road kill.
I seriously considered sending it back as I was certain the neck was bent.
Well the neck fit my silver strat and it is straight. Required some set up and adjustment if intonation but it plays well. Harmonics are pure and easily produced. Total guitar weight is on the heavy side feels like Les Paul weight. No neck dive as it balances well. I am waiting on some graph tech saddles for it. I can give a more detailed review after they are installed.
Put this on a fender style body I have been modding lately, it fit perfect and I didn’t need to shim or adjust the action, direct replacement!
I got a Hoxey Strat neck as part of a DIY overhaul of my beginner squier strat. The neck fit beautifully in the pocket and is a dream to play on if you like typical Fender specs. Great craftsmanship from Hoxey.
